(c) For the Its a Trash app: the app accesses your photo library locally on your device to enable the swipe-to-delete functionality. Photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

07 Data Retention

Contact information is retained for the duration of our business relationship and up to 5 years after the last interaction. Technical and usage data is retained for up to 24 months. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.
