By downloading or using Its a Trash ("the app"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the app.

The Plain English Version

We made an app that helps you delete photos. You swipe, stuff gets deleted. We're not responsible if you accidentally delete your wedding photos because you were swiping too fast. Use the app responsibly and maybe slow down on the important albums.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Its a Trash is a photo and video management application that allows users to quickly review and delete unwanted media from their device. The app provides:

• A swipe-based interface for reviewing photos and videos
• Batch deletion functionality
• Optional premium features via subscription

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Reviewing photos carefully before confirming deletion
• Maintaining backups of important photos and videos
• Any actions taken through your use of the app
• Ensuring you have the right to delete the content you choose to delete

4. Deletion and Data Loss

Important: When you delete photos through the app, they are moved to your device's trash/recently deleted folder. Most devices retain deleted photos for 30 days before permanent deletion.

We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from your use of the app. Always maintain backups of important media.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers optional premium subscriptions:

• Pro Monthly: Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
• Pro Yearly: Billed annually, auto-renews until cancelled

Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings.

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free users are subject to daily deletion limits. These limits reset at midnight local time. The app may display advertisements to free users.

7. Intellectual Property

The app, its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the developer and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, resulting from your use of the app.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or by other means. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
