What We Believe
Good software should be invisible. It should work so well that you forget it’s there, quietly making your day easier. That’s what we aim to build.
We also believe in keeping things simple. Every feature we add has to earn its place. If it doesn’t make the product genuinely better for users, it doesn’t ship.
What We’re Building
Our first product is Waitless, a queue management system for restaurants, clinics, and service businesses. It replaces the chaos of paper lists and shouting names with a simple digital flow:
- Customers join a virtual queue from their phone
- Staff see real-time updates on a dashboard
- Everyone gets notified when it’s their turn
It’s not revolutionary technology. It’s just a better way to handle something that’s been broken for too long.
Why “Cocuy”?
Cocuy is a plant native to Venezuela that thrives in harsh, dry conditions. It’s resilient, adaptable, and useful—qualities we admire and try to embody in our work.
What’s Next
We’re focused on making Waitless as good as it can be. After that, we have ideas for other tools in the same spirit: simple, focused products that do one thing well.
